主要特點(diǎn)：
●泵為立式結(jié)構(gòu)，進(jìn)出口口徑相同，且位于同一中心線上，可象閥門(mén)一樣安裝于管路之中，外形緊湊，占地面積小，如加上電機(jī)防護(hù)罩則可置于戶(hù)外使用。
●葉輪直接安裝在電機(jī)的加長(zhǎng)軸上，軸向尺寸短。

主要應(yīng)用：

化工泵使用注意事項(xiàng)：
化工泵可根據(jù)不同的使用條件安裝不同形式的機(jī)械密封，(如內(nèi)裝單端面平衡型和非平衡型，雙端面平衡型及非平衡型，外裝式機(jī)械密封等)。根據(jù)所選用密封型式的不同，其使用方法和注意事項(xiàng)也有所不同，具體情況請(qǐng)參閱機(jī)械密封安裝使用說(shuō)明書(shū)、GB3215-82“煉廠、化工及石油化工流程用離心泵通用技術(shù)條件"，下面佰諾泵閥僅提幾點(diǎn)一般應(yīng)注意的事項(xiàng)。
●由于機(jī)械密封一般適用在清潔的，無(wú)懸浮顆粒的介質(zhì)中使用，因此，對(duì)新安裝的管路系統(tǒng)和儲(chǔ)液灌，應(yīng)認(rèn)真沖洗干凈，嚴(yán)防固體雜質(zhì)進(jìn)入機(jī)械密封端面而使密封失效。
●在易結(jié)晶的介質(zhì)中，使用機(jī)械密封應(yīng)注意經(jīng)常沖洗。停車(chē)后重新起動(dòng)前，要將機(jī)械密封上的結(jié)晶清洗干凈。
●拆卸機(jī)械密封應(yīng)仔細(xì)，不許用手錘，鐵器等敲擊，以免破壞動(dòng)、靜環(huán)密封面。
●如果有污垢拆不下來(lái)時(shí)，應(yīng)設(shè)法清除污垢，沖洗干凈后再進(jìn)行拆卸，以免損壞密封元件。
●安裝機(jī)械密封前，應(yīng)檢查所有密封元件是否有失效或損壞，如有則應(yīng)重新修復(fù)或更換。
●應(yīng)嚴(yán)格檢查動(dòng)環(huán)與靜環(huán)的相對(duì)磨擦密封面，不允許有任何細(xì)微的劃痕、碰傷等缺陷。所有另部件，包括泵體，葉輪，密封腔等在裝配前均應(yīng)沖洗干凈，尤其是動(dòng)、靜環(huán)端面，要用清潔，柔軟的布或棉紗認(rèn)真擦拭干凈，然后涂上一層清潔的油脂或機(jī)油。

●正確調(diào)整彈簧的壓縮量，泵安裝好以后，以手扳動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子時(shí)，應(yīng)感覺(jué)到密封彈簧既有一定的壓縮量，而又能輕快、靈活地轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)沒(méi)有咬緊的感覺(jué)。如感覺(jué)太緊或盤(pán)不動(dòng)，則應(yīng)適當(dāng)調(diào)松一些。
●IH化工泵對(duì)有外部沖洗的機(jī)械密封，起動(dòng)前應(yīng)先開(kāi)啟沖洗波，使密封腔內(nèi)充滿密封液。停車(chē)時(shí)，先停泵，后關(guān)密封沖洗液。

Precautions for the use of chemical pumps:

● Disassemble the mechanical seal carefully. Do not hit with a hammer or iron to avoid damaging the dynamic and static ring sealing surfaces.
● If there is dirt removed, try to remove the dirt, rinse it and then disassemble it to avoid damage to the sealing components.
● Before installing the mechanical seal, check all seal components for failure or damage, and if necessary, repair or replace them.
● The relative friction sealing surfaces of the moving ring and the stationary ring should be strictly checked. No slight scratches or bumps are allowed. All other parts, including the pump body, impeller, sealing chamber, etc. should be cleaned before assembly, especially the moving and static ring end faces. Wipe clean with a clean, soft cloth or cotton yarn, then apply a layer of clean grease. Or motor oil.
● Pay attention to eliminate the deviation during assembly. When tightening the screws, tighten them evenly to avoid deflection and invalidize the seal.
● Correctly adjust the compression amount of the spring. After the pump is installed, when the rotor is pulled by hand, the seal spring should be felt to have a certain amount of compression, and it can be lightly and flexibly rotated without the feeling of clenching. If you feel too tight or do not move, you should loosen some of them properly.
● IH chemical pump for mechanical seal with external flushing, the flushing wave should be turned on before starting, so that the sealing chamber is filled with sealing liquid. When parking, stop the pump first, then close the seal flushing fluid.
